I've never had a migraine, (touch wood) but I have two friends who are cursed with them. I'd say stay away from sparkling snow, and maybe the sparkling sparkles on this post ;)
A sister-in-law of my aunt had persistent migraine issues through her life, to the point where she'd be resting in a dark room for days.
