Monday Mishmash 3/18/13

Happy Monday! Here's my mishmash of thoughts:

  1. Lucky Leprechaun Giveaway Hop  If you are looking for the Lucky Leprechaun Giveaway Hop, click here. The giveaway runs until the 22nd.
  2. Thank you!  Last Monday Touch of Death was the Daily Kindle Deal, and I was blown away at how many people downloaded it. I can't thank you all enough. It was an incredible day, so thank you for making it so special.
  3. Stalked by Death  Final edits are finished. August 13 is just around the corner, and I'm SO excited to share this book with you. Poor Jodi is up against some really tough odds in this book.
  4. Editing  I have three client edits lined up for the rest of this month and one already set for the beginning of April. I'm going to be busy. :)
  5. Love All  The reviews are coming in for Love All and I'm so pleased! This book is special to me because I was in a similar love triangle in high school. So while the events in the book are fictional, the emotions are very much my own.
That's it for me. What's on your mind today?

  1. Sounds like you have a brilliant, busy week ahead.

Finished altering one of my scripts for a customer on Friday. It's amazing what extra words you can put into a character's mouth when you need to.

This week I'm returning to my novel, third draft. I've swapped a lot of things around and added in some chapters too. There's a bigger feel to it all. The chapter that I'm working on introduces two new side characters who are based on a lovely, old couple I knew as a child.

    Have a great week.

  13. Steubenville on my mind. Glad the young men aren't just getting a slap on the wrist.

Hope the girl will be doing okay, as time goes on. And all the other girls who've experienced these kinds of assault will be willing to come forward now with their stories.

Sorry, kind of a downer to your cheery post. Delighted for you re: your sales.

  14. Pre-Spring Cleaning happening at home the next few days.

Work's slowed on my current WIP, but that's partly due to how busy non-writing things are making me.

I know I'm still M.I.A. on my blog, but that will change soon. Thanks for those who've taken the time to contact me.

I'm also catching up on my reading.

I've also been fiddling around with Goodreads. If anyone's read any of the books I've read, I'd love to discuss what you thought of them.

Even if you're not as into animal fantasy I am, I've read many other books. We might find some common ground with a certain book or author.

I love to review books, but I also love discussing books, too.

  25. Regarding your comment at my blog, I think that John Cusack flick is Say Anything. I've never seen it, but I have seen Better Off Dead years ago on television. That one I liked.
