- Happy Fall My favorite season is here! And it came with true fall temperatures, too. Bring on the hot tea, boots, and sweaters!
- Editing I'm finishing up an edit for a client this week.
- Picture Day I'm helping out with picture day at my daughter's school on Tuesday. It's my first time helping out with the PTO at her new intermediate school.
- Amazon Giveaway I'm hosting an Amazon giveaway for my newsletter subscribers. Look for it in tomorrow's newsletter. If you aren't a subscriber, you can subscribe here.
- Revising I'm hoping to get in some time later this week to revise one of my own books.

My daughter hasn't decided what she wants to be either. October is fast approaching!

DeleteI'm getting books ready for an Indie Author Day at the library on Oct. 13. Hopefully, I'll sell some books. Also working to finish revisions of my WIP and trying to write a short story. Need more hours in the day. Have a great week.Also, hoping to find a home for stray dog.
ReplyDeleteWe all need more hours in the week. Although, my daughter has signed up for so many school clubs, I will actually be getting more hours in my week.
DeleteThis week YOU are on my mind, because I'm drafting a new MG and revising another, as well as re-working a requested revision to a PB. I can't work on more than one story (i.e. one voice) on any given day. So I wondered how you do it. Especially while editing others. Keeping the personalities of the narrations distinct is a challenge.
ReplyDeleteI don't write more than one book at a time. I have to focus on one. And I rarely write when I'm editing for someone else. I fast draft out of necessity because I have to fit in drafts between client edits.
