I do not add sugar or non-dairy creamer to my tea. Once, at the writers conference in Surrey, near Vancouver, British Columbia, they had real cream. I added a little to my dark Earl Grey, and that was nice.
It's English or Irish breakfast with lactose-free milk in the morning, and Earl Gray with said milk in the afternoon. Love my tea, even if my dental hygienist has more stain removal work to do twice yearly.
I drink mine with an obscene amount of sugar.
