2. Editing  January is a very busy month for me. I have several edits scheduled beginning tomorrow.
3. The Time for Us  I'm getting my Ashelyn Drake contemporary romance ready to release in January. 
   
4. A few rare days off  I rarely ever schedule days off, but I did exactly that at the end of December. It was much needed. I feel refreshed and ready to dive back into things.
5. Holidays  I hope everyone enjoyed the holidays and has a safe and happy New Year!

Here's what's on my mind today:

1. Drafting  I'm finishing up the first draft of book four in the Piper Ashwell Psychic P.I. series this week.
2. Ashelyn Drake Giveaway  I'll be setting up a giveaway this week for a signed paperback ARC of The Time for Us. Watch my Ashelyn Drake Facebook page for that.
3. Wrapping gifts  I wrapped most the Christmas gifts I bought already, but I have a few left to wrap so I'm ready for next week.
4. A Vision A Day Keeps the Killer Away  My book will be removed from the Death and Damages boxed set this Tuesday. Once I have my rights reversion in my hands, I'll be putting the book up for sale myself.
5. Read Between the Crimes Giveaway I'm going to be hosting a giveaway for a signed paperback ARC of book two in the Piper Ashwell Psychic P.I. series soon too. Watch my Cozy Mystery page for info.

1. Thank you!  I want to thank everyone who grabbed a copy of the Death and Damages boxed set. We are really hoping to hit the USA Today bestseller list this week, and every sale counts. Fingers crossed!

3. New cover and title  While I was proofreading the paperback ARC of Better With You, my upcoming Ashelyn Drake contemporary romance, I realized the title and cover didn't fit the story quite right. Now I love the cover, so I will use it for another book, but I have retitled and had a new cover designed for this book. Check out The Time for Us designed by Fionn Jameson at Milk Tee Designs.
   
4. Happy December and my birthday week  I have mixed feelings about the month of December. I love Christmas, but my birthday is a different story. This birthday is a big one for me, and I'm not really happy about it.
5. Revising  I have to dive into a revision on a paranormal that's been sitting on my flash drive waiting for me to get back to it. I have the cover already, and wow, is it gorgeous!

Here's what's on my mind today:

1. Death and Damages releases Tuesday!  Guys, I hate to beg, but if you like mystery/thrillers, please consider grabbing this set in the next few days while it's still $.99 for 24 books. The price is going up very soon. Also, some authors in this set are looking to hit the USA Today bestseller list. I know how much that meant to me, and I want their dream of hitting the list to happen for them as well. Please consider helping them out, by purchasing your copy here. 
   
2. Better With You Now that all my client edits for November are off my plate, I WILL get the final proofread of Better With You completed this week. I'm also going to reveal the cover via Facebook live on my Ashelyn Drake FB page, so look for that.
3. $350 Amazon gift card giveaway  I'm one of the authors hosting a $350 Amazon GC giveaway. It's the perfect time of year for a gift card of this size. Be sure to enter here.
4. Christmas shopping  For the second year in a row, I ventured out on Black Friday. I did not go out early, though. I still have plenty of shopping to do and plan to tackle more today.
5. Soul to Reap  My former Runes World novella Tormented Souls had to be rewritten after Kindle Worlds closed. I've finished the rewrite, which made the story longer, and I've gotten a new title and new cover. Look for a December release for Soul to Reap. And for now, check out the new cover by Milk Tee Designs.

1. New store on my website  I'm now selling my ebooks and merchandise right from my website. You can check out the store here. And to show you what kind of merchandise I have, look at my new travel mug! :) 
   
2. Editing  I'm editing for a client again this week.

4. Revising  I'm revising book three in my Piper Ashwell Psychic P.I. series to get it ready for my editor. I really love writing these characters.
5. Facebook lives  Last week, I did my first Facebook live on my Ashelyn Drake page, and I messed it up so much I was laughing hysterically. For some reason, the filters got all messed up and put me in really weird things, which was appropriate since it was Halloween. If you want a good laugh, watch it here.

Here's what's on my mind today:

1. Revising  I'm revising the second book in my psychic P.I. series right now after getting edits back from my editor.
2. Knowing when to step away  I was drafting a new WIP. I really love the idea, but at the 10K mark, the words stopped flowing. I hit a wall and realized that even though I love the concept, my mind was still on my psychic P.I. series. So, I decided to put this WIP aside for the time being and go back to my psychic P.I. series. We have to follow our muse, right?

5. Last week of school  Friday is my daughter's last day of school and her last day in elementary school. They are having a special presentation during the school day, and parents are invited to attend. Then the entire school claps the fifth grade out of the building. I'm going to be a crying mess. I know it. How is my baby going to intermediate school already?
