- TOUCH OF DEATH SWAG I have some great SWAG up for grabs in this giveaway. You can win a bloodstone keychain (Jodi Marshall gets Medusa's bloodstone locket in the book. The stone contains Medusa's blood and all its powers.), bookmarks, and stickers.
- Plotting out of order I'm working on a new idea and it's coming together like a puzzle: in pieces and totally out of order. I'm going with it, though.
- The Imaginary Friend My two-part short story ebook (middle grade read) is now FREE on Kindle. Grab your copy here.
Good luck to those entering the giveaway. And now it's your turn. What's on your mind today?
The keychains look awesome, Kelly. How exciting! I like the stickers, too. I want stickers! lol.
ReplyDeleteEverything looks great. You must be over the moon excited. :)
Michelle
Thanks, Michelle. SHP has some more great SWAG planned. I did the stickers and keychain myself for the purpose of this blog hop. I'm so excited about what Spencer Hill is working on, though. Amazing!
DeleteVery cool, Kelly! Thanks for the giveaway opportunity.
ReplyDeleteYou're welcome. See you this weekend.
DeleteI need to do a blog hop!

SHP is making me some really awesome SWAG. I'm glad people like the keychain I made though. :)
DeleteGreat swag, Kelly!
ReplyDeleteOn my mind: I totally forgot the kids have vacation this week. Trying to figure out how I'll get any writing done. lol
That was last week for me. My daughter and husband were home. Good luck!
DeleteNice bloodstone keychain. :) I'm ironing out the last bits on my next PB revisions. Then I'll be writing an MG. (I'd like to try out fast-drafting, an idea I got from you!)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with fast drafting, Claudine. I love it.

DeleteOoh, I like it when the ideas are in bits and pieces and out of order. Kind of fun, putting them in order :D oh Medusa's keychain? I need the power contained in the blood. Just to think the things I'd do *dreamy sigh* Lucky Jodi. The bookmarks are a reader's dream. :)

DeleteCatherine Stine has left a new comment on your post "Monday Mishmash and Blog Hop Giveaway":
ReplyDeleteSwag looks good! As for me, I am trying to keep up with my A to Z commitment, while correcting tons of student research papers.

I don't miss the days of grading research papers. Good luck!
DeleteLovin' the cool keychain! :)
DeleteGlad you like it. :)
DeleteVery cool swag, Kelly. What fun!
ReplyDeleteTo answer your question: I'm mostly up to ears in alphabet soup. The A to Z has been keeping me hopping all April.
ReplyDeleteGreat giveaway, Kelly!
I don't know how you guys are keeping up with that challenge. Kudos!
DeleteI've noticed that several are dropping out. I totally understand. My you know what is dragging! Send chocolate.
DeleteUm, I kind of ate all my Easter chocolate already. How about virtual chocolate?
DeleteThe swag looks awesome!! As for what I'm thinking today, well aside from the fact that I'm trying not to worry about going back to school tomorrow, I'm debating whether I should either write, or draw something. LOL sorry that was so random! :)
ReplyDeleteJana, my Monday Mishmash's are all about embracing the random thoughts we have. ;) I vote for write, though. And I'm glad you like the SWAG.
DeletePlotting out of order sounds like a great way to work in some serious twists. Awesome! :)
ReplyDeleteIt really is. It helps with dropping subtle clues, too.
DeleteSounds exciting, especially the two-part middle grade reader!
ReplyDeleteI hope you download it for free and enjoy it!
DeleteI am not a plotter. I see the story in pictures, mostly the start and the end, the rest comes to me along the journey, of course there is note talking between. For instance, I finished chapter seven of my new WIP last night which impacted something I wrote in chapter two. I had to go back to chap two and make some notes about the change. I am guess that means I don't follow a straight path from A-Z (not to be confused with the April blogging madness).
ReplyDeleteI once got 3/4 through a manuscript and then went back to add five chapters pretty early on. And I even plotted the whole thing out ahead of time. LOL
Deleteand yes, great swag. Love the blood stone.
ReplyDeleteLove the giveaway That keychain is awesome!
ReplyDeleteThank you! I made it myself. :)
DeleteBeing pissed off because I have to walk on eggshells around people.

That swag looks fantastic.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed reading Imaginary Friend last year.
When I'm gripped by a shiny new idea things don't come to me in order.
Thanks, Medeia, on both accounts. :)
DeleteYeah, my ideas rarely come in order. It happened again today. I really tried to think in time sequence, but it didn't work. LOL.
