How large are your sinuses? When one of my dentists saw my dental X-rays, he said he didn't think he had ever seen sinuses that large. He warned me that if I ever had to have an upper tooth extracted, there might be a problem of breaking through into them. I used to sneeze quite violently and loudly, much to the amusement of anyone around me.
