Hi Kelly - I can understand it in text books for an exam ... but can't get to grips with it otherwise ... I've heard people recommend it - saying it's your book ... do what you want. I do get the odd 2nd-hand book that's got underlining in etc ... then I have to work round the bits that I want to note. I do have a pencil in hand and make notes on a separate sheet of paper - if that's what I need to do. It (your take!) does make sense - enjoy the weekend and the time out with your daughter - cheers Hilary
