Here's what's on my mind today:

1. Piper Ashwell Psychic P.I. Series  Last week, I finished the draft of book 7 in the series and proofread the paperback ARC of book 4, Foresight Favors the Felon. This series is right on track, and I couldn't be happier about it.
2. Editing  I have a new client edit to dive into today.
3. Proofreading  I'm doing another round of proofreading on my last straightforward paranormal, Dark Destiny, before I order the paperback proof.
4. $350 Amazon GC Giveaway I'm part of a multi-author giveaway for a $350 Amazon gift card. You can enter here.

Here's what's on my mind today:

1. Editing  I'm editing for clients again this week.
2. Decorated for Christmas  My daughter and I have both been under the weather, so my husband finally caved and let us decorate for Christmas even though it's not even Thanksgiving yet. :) Luckily, we're both feeling better now as well.
3. Thanksgiving  I hope you all have a safe and happy Thanksgiving.
4. Conferences  I have my daughter's parent/teacher conference this week. I'm looking forward to meeting all of her teachers.
5. Proofreading  I'm still working on proofing the paperback ARC of Better With You, my Ashelyn Drake romance releasing in early 2019.

That's it for me. What's on your mind today?

Here's what's on my mind today:

1. First day of intermediate school  Ayla starts intermediate school today. For those who know me well, I'm quite the helicopter parent. I'm not ashamed of it either. So I need some virtual hugs to get through today, please.
2. Proofreading  I'm doing final proofreading on the paperback ARC of Read Between the Crimes, book two in my Piper Ashwell Psychic P.I. series. (Oh, and this cover is sooooooo pretty!) I want to have book two up for preorder when book one releases in the Death and Damages boxed set in November.
3. New schedule Since Ayla's school day is two hours longer this year, I will have 10 extra hours a week to work! I'm not sure how I feel about this yet. I like getting extra work done, but that's 10 fewer hours with my daughter. :(
4. Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs  For Ayla's last day of summer, we went to see the Lehigh Valley Iron Pigs play. We usually try to get to one game a season.
5. Death and Damages has a new trailer!  Check out this awesome trailer for the boxed set I'm part of.

Here's what's on my mind today:

1. Fled to Delaware  Thanks to a broken pipe under my house, my daughter and I have fled to my parents' house in Delaware. My husband and dog are holding down the fort at home. I think I got the better deal.

2. Draft Completed!  I finished drafting the third book in my psychic mystery series. I'm so happy to have book three written because I want to release the first three books in quick succession and book one is out in November.
3. Revising  I need to do some final revisions before I get one of my Ashelyn Drake books off to my editor. I'm hoping to dive into it this week, but I'll be away until Friday, so we'll see.
4. Reading  I started reading a new cozy mystery. I really love how easy they are to read while still being entertaining.
5. Proof  I got the paperback proof for the second book in my psychic mystery series. It's absolutely gorgeous. I can't wait to share the cover with everyone. But in the meantime, I need to proofread this book.

Here's what's on my mind today:

1. Books!  This past weekend, I went to my library's used book sale. Ayla and I got some great books. This week is also the Scholastic Book Fair at Ayla's school. It's always dangerous when I work one of these.
2. Spreading myself thin  I have a bad tendency to do this, though it isn't always my fault. Like today, when I'll be helping with field day (which was postponed to today due to Friday's rain) and the book fair. I had no idea they'd wind up falling on the same day when I volunteered to help for each. Wish me luck being in two places at once!
3. Editing  I'm finishing up a client edit this week.
4. Proofreading  I received physical proofs of two books last week, so this week I'm proofreading the hard copies. Both covers are gorgeous, and I can't wait to share them with you.
5. Replica is now in ebook!  With the Wrath and Ruin boxed set down, Replica is up for sale in ebook format everywhere!
